ToothSavers™ values your time and strives to provide quality care and service. This Cancellation Policy outlines our terms and procedures for cancelling or rescheduling appointments to ensure fairness and efficiency for all patients.
1. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
2. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.

Repeated missed appointments may result in limited appointment availability or prepayment requirements for future bookings.

4. Refunds and Prepaid Appointments
For prepaid services:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund or service credit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, may result in a partial or non-refundable charge depending on the circumstances.
5. Practice-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, ToothSavers™ may need to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (such as staff illness or equipment issues).
