Tooth Savers does offer a very comprehensive range of general and cosmetic dental treatments that will help preserve and restore teeth. Most of the time these treatments are sufficient but occasionally you may need more advanced dental services. Our advanced services include:

• Diagnosis and treatment for snoring and sleep apnoea
• Diagnosis and treatment for halitosis
• Digital dental x-rays
• Laser therapy for gum disease

Snoring is a very common problem but sometimes it can indicate sleep apnoea, a much more serious issue that does require proper diagnosis and treatment as it can affect general health. Everybody wants to have nice fresh breath and while most of us will have the occasional bouts of halitosis, a more persistent problem does require investigation. Tooth Savers can help diagnose the problem and will recommend the most suitable course of treatment. We only use digital dental x-rays in our dental practice as these only emit extremely low levels of radiation and are very safe to use. Our dentists only take x-rays when necessary and we follow strict protocols and guidelines to make sure patients and staff are kept safe during this procedure.

Unfortunately gum disease (periodontal disease) is a common problem that will affect a large percentage of people during their lifetime. We have invested in up-to-date laser technology and laser therapy can be a far more comfortable and effective way to treat gum disease. Our dental laser can treat both hard and soft tissues and is a much gentler way to administer periodontal therapy.
